Ticketpro app and emails not customer friendly

I bought tickets worth thousands of Rand for an upcoming show on the app which has subsequently locked me out. I did not receive a confirmatory email. I emailed Ticketpro and received no response.No response to my query on instagram either. Terrible service. Terrible app. I still can't access it and have no tickets despite payment.
