What a terrible company!!! I have being trying for to days to purchase tickets to the SAAFM Air Show on 4 May 2024. Their system will not allow me to complete a transaction, it refers me to a gateway with a blank screen. Absolutely crazy. This is now for two days and a major event, about 30 000 visitors expected and their website is incapable of making a reservation!!!!! Is this a professional or useless company????? Appears USELESS!!!! I challenge Ticketpro to address this incompetence AND CONTACT ME!!!!!
