Ticket Unprofessional

After purchasing the tickets from Ticket pro... Successfully paying the tickets, now there is a problem they cannot locate the tickets and we haven't received any link to access the tickets. I have been in contact since early this morning they asked for the last 4 digits of my card which I have provided. I called they still busy.... It doesn't take such a long to check for a transaction. Fix your site and fix my problem as now I have the kids with no outing due to your Unprofessionalism. Horrible service
