Ticket Pro very unprofessional

DO NOT book any events through Ticket-pro if you would want an evening disrupted by having to try and sort out your seating and then to finally sit on concrete floor because the tickets your bought and were issued by Ticket Pro were double booked . The following day I sent an e-mail to Ticket Pro detailing our unpleasant evening for the Michael McIntyre show at the Sun bet Arena, NO apology was issued for our unpleasant evening just a reply that stated "TRANSACTION DECLINED" I never asked for a refund just an apology to two Pensioners who had to sit on the cold concrete floor to watch the show ! They definitely do not deserve even a 1 star rating but I had to push the one star in order to write my review.
