Ticket pro refuses to return my refunds from the Tshwane Food Festival

I went to the Tshwane food festival in Pretoria on the 2nd of November and upon arrival we were given bands to insert money in and purchase from. I have since claimed my refund from Ticketpro on the 8th of November 2019. They give me stories every 3 days saying the money will be in my account. Its now the 29th of November and I have received my money back. I am so disappointed and i felt i am treated like **** for money that belongs to me. I do not think i want attend any of their evens because they do not want to return our refunds and they keep lying to their customers. I just want my money back and i am tired of calling them every 3 days.
