Ticket Pro - Poor level of service. I want my refund please

I purchased tickets via ticket pro for a betway 20 match for the 3rd of Jan 2026. The match was cancelled due to rain. I have logged a refund request via email as stipulated by the email sent out to all affected ticket holders. To date I have not reviewed a response to my email not have I been refunded. I also cannot get hold of them telephonically. This level or service is Very poor
