Ticket Pro is a ****!!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve bought tickets and money taken out of my bank account without getting the tickets. No email, they don’t pick up. They are yet again *****ing my money because the last time I missed a game and today same thing. Ticket Pro continues to **** clients!!!
