Ticke Pro Refund

I bought 3 tickets for the Rand Easter show with Ticket Pro I couldn't download the tickets so I called them they said it's because the money did not go through that is why I won't be able to get the ticket which I went and bought at spar, to my Suprise I received the notification from the bank the money went through again I called they said I must send them an email and the statement as proof of payment which I did but they did not refund me up to this date they keep saying tomorrow the payment will reflect but nothing are they ****ming me or what?
