It quite unfortunate that one has to look at ways on how to lambast a company publicly for them to take your please seriously. i have never received horrible service in my entire life like i have from ticket pro. i bought bus tickets which returned an error message due to the route being cancelled about 2 months ago however the money was deducted from my account, i have supp**** ticket pro with all the necessary information they need, yet they still refuse to refund my money. i have spoken to Mbali and Danielle and everyone keeps sending me from pillar to post, sent over 10 emails and no one seems to take accountability for this error. pay back my money because you are acting like ******* right now
