They have appalling service

They have appalling service. I requested a refund for the Keyshia Cole concert on the 26th of April via their chat line, because they are no longer taking calls and no one ever answers their 'info' box which I have sent numerous emails to, I was on chat with Yoliswa who said confirmed she had initiated my refund and would take 7 business days to receive my funds. No communication since then, I went back on chat and spoke to Sikhu****ile who then said my refund process was cancelled, then left me unattended on the chat for an hour before disconnecting. I'm still yet to get any communication at all regarding this matter.
