The worst service EVER

My sister bought 3 tickets online via ticketpros they debted money for 3 tickets but we received one we contacted them and they gave us the missing 2 tickets .We get to the stadium and the tickets are cancelled and NO ONE from their side informed us to top it all of while we waited for the lady at the stadium to get hold of them we call ticketpros and after holding for internity they guy puts the phone down on us without even telling us that they are talking to the lady at the stadium.
