TERRIBLE SERVICE TICKET PRO NICKFEST

I purchased 3 tickets for the Nickfest Show at 1700 on 06 July. I was sent an sms to say the show was cancelled. I called the call centre immediately and was told I have to send an email. Its been 2 days,I have sent 4 emails and called numerous times.They cannot accommodate me on the 1300 show. They are not responding to my emails or calling me back. Please can someone help. The service has been pathetic and there is no supervisor to make any decisions or assist. Worst service ever from Ticket Pro and Nickfest. Will never book for another show again.
