Terrible service!

Very unhappy with Ticketpro! I purchased tickets for the philip mitchell conference. The payment went through on my card for 2 people-R800. I then got a 404 error and just never received my tickets! I tried getting in touch with an agent on their website since emails don't get responded to and calls no longer work. I just want my tickets or my refund but have no means to get assisted! I already sent proof of payment on email but nobody has responded in over a week! Terrible service
