Terrible service

<p>I purchased tickets for the delicious festival and I must admit it's the worst online purchasing experience I've ever had. You should seriously do somthing to improve your website, verification process, payment process etc. I got my tickets EVENTUALLY.! But the process of getting it is truly a shlep.As for your verification process which consists sending a copy of my ID, credit card etc. I'm not comfortable with that at all and I'm sure many others aren't too!</p>
