Terrible service!!
I have been trying for week to upgrade my tickets with ticket pro. The chat bot doesn’t give the answers. They told me to email ticket pro. I emailed and the email says they no longer using email. When I ask on the chat to speak to an agent, it says transferring but then nothing happens and it times out.
