Terrible online booking System, you won't get your ticket.

I don't know why event organizers are still using them because their service is terrible, I bought a ticket online on the 29th November for an event that was taking place on the same day in the evening. Money was taken from my account but I didn't receive any ticket. I spoke to the one if the consultant who said my money will be returned to my account, I'm still waiting even today.
