Terrible first (almost) SA20 experience - Pretoria Capitals (Titans)

Bought 10 tickets on Tuesday for this weekends SA20 match at Supersport Spark. Absolutely terrible idea from my side. According to Ticketpro website, children under the age of 6 can enter free. However, a zero value ticket should still be obtained from the main ticket office at the stadium. Also mentions that information can be received by sending a mail to ***. Sent a mail on Tuesday asking for assistance as it mentions that tickets are only available until sold out. Now the game is sold out and I don't have tickets for the kids as no information or feedback was received, leaving me with 10 tickets that can't be used as the kids don't have a way of entering. Proceeded to phone Supersport Park on *** and spoke to someone, information received was sorry I should have sent a mail requesting the free tickets. Took my details to contact me back when I mentioned I sent a mail 2 days ago with no reply. And no surprise, still no call back or information received. Massive waste of money and time, first time and also the last time ever trying to attend a SA20 match.
