Terrible Experience - Event Cancellation ****

I purchased tickets for the Burna Boy event from TicketPro and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The event was cancelled, and I have been trying to get a refund for my tickets, but TicketPro has been completely unresponsive.

I've sent multiple emails as they have advised on their social pages, and it's been met with absolute silence. It's disheartening to think that a company would treat its customers this way. I feel utterly frustrated and ****** by this entire ordeal.

I want to emphasize that my request for a refund is not a matter of preference; it's a matter of principle. As a customer, I have the right to expect transparency, responsiveness, and fairness. TicketPro has failed on all counts.
