Suncity should stop using ticketpro

Ticketpro have rules that they do not abide by them. They said changes of tickets can be done before 72 hours of the event. I just needed a change of date not even a refund. I asked for this changes 4 days before visiting Suncity but no reply from my email. I followed everything step they required. But they went silent. I don't understand why suncity still uses this unreliable platform for their tickets sale.
