Still waiting for a Refund as promised by Ticketpro

I am still waiting for my refund! Noone has called me to arrange my refund as you promised. You don't have a telephone number, email or ANY other means for someone to get hold of you. At this point im considering going to the small claims court as I need to be refunded for 5 tickets!
