Sonu Nigam show tickets

I purchased 3 tickets on Saturday 29 March 2025. Payment went through from my credit card however I did not receive my tickets. I sent numerous emails and messages to Ticketpro but haven't received any response. This is rather frustrating. I hope to get a refund.
