Shambolic ticketing and communication

Beyond frustrated that I cannot speak to an individual within TicketPro! Their online communication methods are hopelessly inefficient. They have erroneously cancelled my tickets for an event this Saturday and are telling me that I requested a refund - for which I have not received any money anyway. It's a shambles!!!
