They are an absolute disgrace to deal with. They have sarcastic attitudes and they ignore people. After my purchase, I NEVER received my voucher. I've sent them proof and have been following up every day, but they just decided to ignore my emails. They are ******* and will ***** your money in return for nothing. No one should do business with them because they earn their salaries from *****ing from people. Rather go to the trusted ticket companies because you CAN'T trust TicketPro, EVER!!!
