SA20 2026 Refund -ZERO response from Ticketpro

Good day

I am still waiting for my refund for the Betway SA20 cricket games that took place 3rd Jan 2026 at Wanderers Johannesburg. I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact ticketpro however zero response. I happily paid for my tickets but why is so difficult to get a refund on a game that was rained out. Not a single over was played. I even looked at the comments on facebook and saw that someone hasn’t even received a refund since 2024. I don’t want to be that person. My family and I love attending the SA20 games and have seen many since the start of the games but this type of service is shocking.

All I want is my refund From the comments I now see on hello peter. SA20 should start considering using another provider for tickets. This is ridiculous
