Requeust for Tickets refund, no comms , no chatbot, no contact to assist

I am experiencing the same issue. I have been trying to request a refund from Ticketpro for an SA20 match that was rained out on January 3, 2026. The Ticketpro chatbot is not functioning, and I haven't received any replies to the information or emails I have sent. It feels as though my money has been ******. I cannot call them because no one answers. It’s disgraceful that they are taking people’s money while sending emails to ticket buyers stating that refunds will be processed, but then nothing happens. They simply ignore you. R1685 is down the drain—come on, Ticketpro, where are you? You promised a refund!
