Bought ticket for Empors Palace Christmas Village. I booked 2 pension and 5 adult. The booking went through Dubble. Did phone immediately and they advises I must send a email, I did and phone again. They advise it will be resole in 2 hours. It has been 4 days since and no response on email. I do phone them every day and advise it is under Managemant.
