Refund please

To whom it may concern. I’m writing about the very bad experience I had with ticketpro I purchased 4x soccer tickets online my reference no:***FE3 I leave in Pinetown KZN

All the outlet where offline last week from Wednesday I was really disappointed with the service of ticketpro I went to about 13 of you’ll outlet to try and print my tickets all where not successful with me. Stores I went to in Pinetown x2 Postnet,Wi Connect , x3 spar ,CNA ,Jetmart ,Edgars and in Pavilion mall Edgars ,postnet , CNA and Jet. This is very disappointing so Big and fast growing company is failing to keep its standards.

Please try and fix what ever is going on all you’ll Outlet. I don’t wish anyone to experience what I went through.
