Refund not received for cancelled YE Live SA event – NO RESPONSE
I purchased YE Live in South Africa tickets via credit card on 01 October 2025. Ticketpro announced the cancellation on 01 December 2025 and stated that credit card refunds would be processed automatically within 5–7 working days. As of 14 January 2026 I have still not received my refund. I have emailed Ticketpro several times and received NO REPLY. Awful customer service.
