Refund Delay

purchased tickets for Kanye West in December 25. after it was cancelled, Ticket Pro advised that all refund would be done automatically, if paid via a card, which i did. after 3 emails, 2 online chats and some threats, only then did i get my refund. which was nearly 3 weeks after the concert was cancelled.
