Purchased tickets but didn't receive them.

Ticket pro's website is disgustingly dysfunctional. I bought tickets for the Bafana Bafana vs Congo match on the 11th October and I didn't receieve an confirmation email and download downloadable tickets. Tried contacting Ticket pro to log a query with no assistance. I'm so furious, had I read other reviews before I used their website, I would've avoided such unprofessional and dissatisfying service.
