Poor service from pro tickets

Good day please advise what's the use of placing machines in Edgar's, Jet and pick n pay of which is always offline

We've been hunting nedbank quarter finals tickets to go and watch kaizer chiefs and Cape town city, tickets are no where to be found in stores ???
