Poor Service

I acknowledge that I am not the easiest person to communicate with when it comes to poor service. What makes it worse if the person don’t listen and responds with an attitude… Every time I buy a ticket I must phone for my ticket to be released…. Trying to get an outlet to print one is a lost case!!! I have requested a call back from a manager without success. To make it worse the agent that assisted me is so arrogant after had to phone twice holding for 9 an 8 min not to release my ticket as she didn’t appreciate my tone when I was talking to her complaining about her and Ticketpro poor service !!! Had to phone a 3 rd time.
