Poor Service

Poooooor Service Delivery! We are being channeled to the chat box, but the chat box is very lonely, it even says they take a few minutes to respond, but it's been 6 hours. My email has been pending since the past weekend no response. I cannot watch soccer now because my tickets did pull through, the screen just went white and my money was taken.
