POOR SERVICE

As an International comedian I have always given Ticketpro business due to the relationship I had built with two friendly and extremely helpful individuals who helped set up my ticket sales in the past. I reached out and they said they don't work at ticket pro any longer and gave me the email addresses of two individuals that would continue the service they had given me.

Sadly it's been days now and no response. I am not sure if they can't handle the work load as this is extremely urgent and important to me with my show in almost a month away.

This is the worst service I have ever recieved. Poor turn around time . No communication. Lack of interest. Perhaps if it was from a large promoter the response would be quick and efficient.
