Poor poor service

I’ve purchased the tickets online I did not get the proof of purchase tried to call,email and tweets no luck. What a poor poor level of service for this company I’m very disappointed. Please refund me back my money if you’ll don’t wanna give me my tickets. I don’t understand why you’ll have a online purchase option if it’s useless.
