Bought Disney Outdoor film tickets and my dates were changed due to a scheduling conflict on their end. I have tried processing a refund but their admin have not been helpful and I have not received help from them. I have dealt with their FB and Instagram help with no assistance. I have emailed with ticketing admin Mary Jane Chauke and Sikhu******* with no assistance or response.
