Pathetic service

Very pathetic service, we had initially bought 3 tickets to the sundowns and pirates game, which was on line and on time, to our surprise we were then told to print them out so we could have excess to the stadium, we did that but the problem was there was no bar code which really caused problems for us @ the stadium, my question is as follows?? 1: why did we have to suffer due to ticketpro incompetence, 2: what is the point of purchasing online if we can't use the service @ the gate. Due to this inconvenience we ended up not seeing the game and wasted a whole amount of money just to get to Pretoria and ending not seeing the game. In closing I would a refund.
