Pathetic service

Non-existent customer service. Complete **** of a company. I’ve sent through numerous emails requesting a refund for the Keyshia Cole concert. Nobody has gotten back to me and it’s been weeks. I tried the online chat option, filled out the support form and spoke to an agent only to get referred to their email address for any queries which I’m sure isn’t monitored the way it should be. Absolutely useless….
