Pathetic service

I bought tickets for a rugby game at Loftus and I have not received any cofirmation for the tickets but you best believe the R1200 is out of my account. When trying to contact them, the number does not work, the email does not work and their AI bot is **** poor. It constantly give me the message "We don't have any agents available right now. Please respond with your email and we will be in touch." Yet I never received any email back. Absolutely pathetic! I don't even know if I have tickets to go watch the game at this point. I am absolutely LIVID!!!
