Pathetic service

<p>Bought tickets from them in March paid it in March as well and haven't heard from them since. Phoned to find out what is going on today more or less a month before the event and now I am told the tickets was sold to someone else because they didn't pick up the payment. I used the reference as requested by ticketpros. I am so furious because now they want a letter for the refund. They expect that I must take off from work loose money to satisfy them to get my own money back. I rely see this as past pathetic!!!!!!!</p>
