Paid for 2 only for 1 ticket!!

I bought 2 tickets to self print at home. Only 1 ticket appeared and printed. My statement and the amount show that I should receive 2 tickets with different seat numbers but I only received 1. I tried calling but I was on hold for literally 2 hours! I sent an email without a response. Had to purchase another ticket at my expense. Unacceptable!!!
