PAID but no tickets.

I have booked tickets online 18/12/2023 - Never received an email to download my tickets that I paid for via OZOW, now I cannot get hold of them after phoning 15 times holding for 5min at a time on 0861-008-277 and emailing on *** on 19/12/2023 getting now where no answer no responce to email. Today I tried 10 times phoning since 07:30 am and the number goes strait to " the number you called is no longer valid"

I need my tickets before the 22nd!

There is also no place on the website you can go to check your history to try and download.
