Outraged by TicketPro's Ignored Refund Request and ******** Charge!

I am beyond frustrated with the lack of response and the poor service I’ve received from TicketPro regarding my refund request for the Keyshia Cole concert ticket. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact them and request this refund, yet my emails have been ignored, and I’ve received no assistance whatsoever.

What’s worse is that instead of processing the refund I am rightfully owed, TicketPro has gone ahead and deducted even more money from my account. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ve been patient, but this lack of communication and action is infuriating.
