Offline all the time

I have only had bad experiences with ticket pro. I’ve used them 5 times and there havw always been issues. I have been trying to buy mtn8 final tickets for the past two days and they have been offline all three times I tried. No idea why events of this magnitude would choose ticketpro over the reliable computicket.
