NOT SO PROFESSIONAL TICKET PRO

I wanted to buy tickets for Saturday's Jozi 10s at St Stithians. The TicketPro website was defective and I could not purchase tickets online. I tried several times to purchase tickets online via TicketPro during the week, but the problem persisted. Prices were between R40-R180; the latter amount being for a weekend (Friday & Saturday) pass. When I went to the venue on Saturday - about 14:30 - I was told that ticket prices were R150. It was a total rip-off that I needed to pay R150 per ticket especially since prices were R180 for the entire weekend and keeping the time of day in mind. Needless to say, I shall not purchase any further tickets from TicketPro for any of the events in future.
