Not Receiving my tickets and Worst service ever

Bought tickets online for innibos did instapay mony went out of my account but did not receive the tickets. had to go buy tickets again at the gate. have tried contacting them on Email. on whatsapp nr online with there so called life chat. Call they do not answer. you can pick any nr you want no one answers. Email i received a response and rep**** to the Question asked. since then there has been no further coms. You can get the request for refund online but it asks you to upload the ticket you want refunded. Impossible if you did not receive it... online the bot is very happy to help you by transferring you to a human this it has been doing since Friday already and no Human gets back to you. There refund policy is also that it will take more than 7 working days to refund. I WANT MY REFUND INSTANT LIKE THEY TOOK MY MONEY
