Non receipt of tickeys

I purchased tickets for the virginia Airshow though ticketpro on saturday 9th of August 2025 and did nor receive them . I spend ages trying to get though chat box etc mails and so on . I have received no response from them. I have never had this issues with previous online platforms . I ould not considder them to host the ticket process for an eventNow I have to try and dipute this with the bank that in itself is a process that takes weeks , A poor show
