No ticket, no refund
Bought 2 VIP tickets for Zee Nation event, paid R4400, payment went off my account but showed error on ticketpro. My ticket are not there, money taken not refunded. I tried to contact zee nation for this but no feedback, nowhere on the site it shows you how to to about this.
No following up with bank to revert that transaction
