No Response, despite various attempts to get my tickets

I purchased tickets for the Mzanzi Final on Monday 10 December 2018 and paid with my Credit Card. Up to now, I have not received any email from Ticketpro, thus I am unable to print my tickets. I called Ticketpro 2 hours ago and pressed 1 to be called back. Immediately after that call I emailed them from their website with my query. Two hours later and I have not heard a thing from Ticketpro. I want my thickets for tomorrow's final.
