No refunds for 2 rained out matches that I was promised refunds for.

I have not received refunds for 2 T20 matches that were rained out towards the end of December. I got the email saying that refunds were delayed and had to wait a further 2 weeks, it is now more than 3 weeks later and still not refund. There is zero response on the email they said to make contact on and no one answers on the live chat. This company is a bunch of **** artists, who just believe that people will give up trying after some time of no response. I will personally never buy tickets from them again if I do not receive the money they owe me in the next couple days.
